*Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on August 3, 2009. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100 for information about on-site check-in. If space permits, you may register for an additional $30.Registration Process:

The registration form must be accompanied by full payment of published fees. Payment using a credit card is only accepted by on-line registration.
Upon arrival, all registrants must check in at the registration desk to receive a proceedings book, name badge, and participant packets. Times the desk will be open to be announced. Please check back for further details.
Registration Policy
Registrants are responsible for housing and meals.You will be notified promptly of any cancellations, schedule, or program changes. Conferences and Institututes will confim your enrollment in the program. Refunds (minus a $50 processing fee) will be made for cancellations received in writing by July 27, 2009. After that, the participant or organization will be held responsible for the registration fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Please complete and submit the registration form plus payment as soon as possible to facilitate preparation of your Summer Symposium packet.
