Poster Instructions

Dimensions

The poster boards themselves are 48 x 48 inches.  It is suggested that posters dimensions not exceed 36 inches by 46 inches.  You may use either landscape or portrait orientation.  The photo below shows the layout of the poster boards.

Velcro attachment material will be provided for the poster exhibit.  Push pins and thumb tacks ARE NOT PERMITTED!

Set-up Instructions

A presenter Index will be published on the website as well as being hung at the poster sessions themselves.  Locate your name in the Index. There you will see the names and board numbers associated with each presenter.

Locate the presentation board with your number and set up your poster. Velcro attachment material will be provided.  Push pins and thumb tacks ARE NOT PERMITTED!
